She matched my dyed tips of my hair to my natural color so seamlessly, its not even noticeable that its not my natural color. She is seriously amazing!! Don’t get me wrong.. I love this place ( N. Del Prado location) and my family gets haircuts here regularly but today I left very upset! Alexis does not know how to cut curly hair nor does she listen to what her client wants! Sure, it’s easy to say it’s free if you don’t like it! But it doesn’t fix my hair! She didn’t even finish after I called out her mistake!
