STAY AWAY! What a nightmare! I’ll start by that. I went into this salon like I have been for YEARS prior and got a color and cut. I paid over $200.00 for this to be done. The color lasted 1 WHOLE WEEK and then it looked like I didn’t get my hair done at all. It washed completely out with 1 wash!( I only wash my hair once a week). I have tried to contact the salon, speaking directly to Danielle(store manager), Rose(assistant manager) Oscar and another women who works there. They repeatedly tell me they have sent this concern to the district manager who has yet to return my call after a MONTH of calling every single day to get this resolved and get a refund. Don’t waste your time or money coming here! They obviously don’t care about their customers or the work they do! When a women goes into a salon and pays that kind of money and spends that much time on herself, she shouldn’t be going through THIS! Please take this advice and find someone who’s reputable, HONEST and actually RESPECTS their clients.

As someone has always had long hair, it was a big deal for me to finally have the bob cut that I’ve always wanted. Katie is a gem. Everyone else there was nice. Excellent service! I went there because I had a bad experience in another salon and I wanted a place to help me to fix it. So the ladies at the check in were very nice and they booked me with Gina. She did a great job! She left my hair with a beautiful color and she took her time adding all quality products. I am pregnant too so she was very attentive she told me when I was able to walk and sit and it was nice to have a conversation with her. Also there was another stylist that I loved, she was amazing she brought me water, she came to show me the products I can use and she was very funny too :). Those two girls made my night! Thank you for an excellent service. I highly recommend this place! And can’t wait for my next visit! Val

Every time we visit Hair Cuttery- Seminole we always have a great experience. Danielle is an excellent hair colorist & is very attentive to what you want. My teenage daughter is not usually comfortable around adults but Danielle always puts her at ease & she always puts a smile on her face once she sees her new hair color/style. I highly recommend her & all the staff there.

The stylist did not know how to do a blowout but did not tell me that. She washed my hair and just blow dried while “brushing” but not a blow out. If you get blow outs you know that is not the same at all. And when I left my roots were still damp. I had to go home to give myself a blowout. I go to a salon for a blowout so my hair looks like I just left the salon. My hair looked better when I walked in then when I left. I’m disappointed that this service is advertised/offered but not actually provided. I’m also disappointed that it was not communicated beforehand because I could have saved my self the time, money, and inconvenience. Based off this experience I would not recommend hair cutters to anyone I know. The stylist seems like a sweet girl but her personal hygiene was lacking too which also contributed to a negative experience. Aside from that, the salon itself was clean and neat and the product lines for sale were good quality salon lines.

Roxy, my stylist is incredible. I absolutely love my hair and trust her 100 %. She understood exactly what I wanted without me explaining to her. All it took was 2 sentences from me and she performed an amazing job on my hair and even made it look better than what I pictured. I recommend going to hair cuttery and asking for Roxy. She will not disappoint.
