Don’t ever go here if your a woman and value a great style, I did everything right.i went in 2 times for consultation with a man,felt good about it,for 2weeks I called to try to set appointment.one day they say he’s in , gave me 6pm appt,got there,all of a sudden they tell me he no longer worked there, I talked to another girl,I went over everything,even showed pictures!. She started cutting my hair dry,I had very long dark grey,which I grew out on purpose,to get that grey,blonde,brown look,she ended up cutting dry,I wanted a new style and cute she sliced hair off 4 cuts only then,I told her ,on dialysis ,dark die makes my hair burn off,keep grey,she turned me facing away from mirror,dyed my hair dark brown the roots and in between blonde,,now I had foils in each side couldn’t see what she was doing color wise,she never went in and out if weaving hair for blonde,after she took customers in between,never checked the highlights,untill she saw me remove and check it,she even said,,,oh your hair took blonde easy fast. She washed hair ,proceeds to put toner on,I said why r u doing toner,she was trying to cover her mistake,but I wanted it blonde,now my hair is orange,brassy roots dark! ,it was so uneven ,I can tell she was trying to cover herself up,by playing with hair,I told her I wanted it set instead of dryer,instead she used a dryer by brush tool,NO NO,I WANTED HAIR NOT FRIZZY AND CURLS, dialysis thins my hair! I ended up paying almost 200. For this she heard me say it was brassy,so I bought a 15 dollar brass remover,and I told a complaint twice,still nothing,I want a refund and my hair was burnedoff in front hairline,,,, don’t ever go here!
