Andrea is a remarkable stylist she’s so much fun she is bilingual English Spanish and she’s willing to listen to your ideas and encouraging when something is creative and out of the box she isn’t somebody who will discourage you but she is very good if you are honest with her and say I think I’m going to be scared to wear this hairstyle what can we do to make it look like this but I need these elements available to me and it doesn’t look like the hairstyle can do it. That’s where Andrea will come in and she’ll say listen this is what I can do to allow you to style it the way it is in the picture that you’re showing me but you have either thick or thin hair and the model has let’s say medium curly hair so you would need to do x y and z. I have not really had problems making appointments with her but there is sometimes a little bit of an issue with the double booking and I think that’s an administrative issue with Hair Cuttery. So I don’t ever feel like she shoot me out of the chair but at the same time I have been going to her for a very long time and I am spending premium money as a disabled individual to be able to go there. She is worth every penny I have ever paid her and more. Again if you’re looking for a new stylist please consider Andrea find out if you can just go in and maybe meet for like 1 or 2 minutes for a consultation I don’t know if they do that because a lot of times they are slam busy. Definitely go see Andrea she makes that place worth the fifth star!

Our experience here in the last few months has been nothing short of amazing! Will has done both my hair (short and thin), styled my wig after washes, and has done my toddlers hair 2 times. This weekend was her birthday and she is obsessed with Rapunzel. I sent him a video of what we wanted and he said he could. And let me tell you- it was PERFECT! Additionally, I sent my mom with her and she was so impressed with how good he was with her.

Critical: For anyone that is a 4c natural hair type and you are looking for a simple wash, condition and trim. Do not go to this establishment. I was very clear when I booked the appointment that I wanted a trim. However, the stylist (Dana) doing my hair wanted to do it her way. After I stated several times I only wanted a trim, she decided to start shaping my hair. Even at one point, when I told her my hair was getting shorter, she did not stop. She continued cutting and said, “You’re hair will grow back fast”
