Ty did a terrible job. Trusted her to just cut my hair short, specified length, she did whatever she felt like and in under 5 min… never again. She rushed, didn’t even take the time to show me the back or anything, just took off the cape and said “done.” Then yelled at her guy coworker about checking me out and getting upset at him for not knowing something about the checkout system. My hair looks lopsided and uneven, worst haircut ever!

First time at your salon. Wasn’t a great experience. Went for partial highlights in the front, waited for hours. When finished no highlights was visible and the grays were not covered. Tyler changed me $243.00. I went back to show Tyler the results. He says sit right there I’ll put in a 10 minutes color. I was already upset and disappointed I got up and left.

Came here several times and tried every single stylist, all of them did not listen to what I wanted and gave me the worst haircut I could ask for. It is honestly hard to hold back tears when exiting the salon and I seen several other customers have the same reaction.
