My hairstylist was Ann. She didn’t brush my hair before she dyed it. She ran out of color 3 times. After she washed and rinsed my hair she brushed my bangs and dried them, meanwhile the rest of my hair was soaking wet and not combed. And she said you’re all set. I said no I’m not. When I left my hair was still dripping.
