Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI had an appointment for 6 PM. When I arrived, two stylists were at the computer and did not properly acknowledge me. I was told I was going to be helped by another stylist who was with somebody and none of them let me know what my wait time was going to be. I waited for 35 minutes and then left because of the poorly run location.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueLisbeth was amazing. She did an excellent job with a balayage and blending. My hair looks beautiful. She also recommended some awesome blue shampoo and conditioner to maintain my color. Definitely will come to see her again!!Services: Hairstyling, Hair coloring

Critical: Cleanliness, Punctuality, QualityThe salon located at Coquina Plaza in Pembroke Pines not only screwed up the scheduling of my appointment, but also my hair color. What was supposed to be medium brown turned out to be black and damaged my hair. They did not have ANY clean towels available at all! Not only did my hairstylist tell me so, I checked the cabinets and there were none. Totally unacceptable especially during a pandemic!!! I have been going to this salon for years and never, ever experienced such bad service. I love my stylist, Sara, but I felt she was totally overwhelmed. When I asked her how were they planning on drying the customer’s hair if there were no towels, she had no answers. The salon located at Coquina Plaza in Pembroke Pines not only screwed up the scheduling of my appointment, but also my hair color. What was supposed to be medium brown turned out to be black and damaged my hair. They did not have ANY clean towels available at all! Just had Miriam do my blond and blue bangs with a haircut. Let me tell you , she is amazing!!!! She took her time and was so sweet and wanted to make sure it was just what I wanted.
