I went to get a quick trim on my hair the other day because it really needed some TLC. I wanted to just get the split ends cut and keep a majority of the length that I had. (I’ve had long hair for a while). After my cut, I think there was about 6” cut off, instead of 3” for the split ends. Which I’m not really upset about the length, it’ll grow back 🙂 but I noticed when I got home that my hair kinda looked very uneven in the front and the back really didn’t look all even as well which I was not expecting especially from an assistant manager. I learned my lesson, and I think next time I’ll be going to a regular salon instead. 🙁 first pic is the back, second is the front of my hair after straightening and last one is how long my hair was before going to Hair Cuttery.

I wanted to give review a while ago when Rowena did my hair last January but i was just busy.She is excellent in what she does. She turns my hair from very dry and dull to shiny and healthy. I have nothing but compliments when she did my hair. And i cannot wait to go back their again. Had a scheduled appointment for color and while I was standing there waiting to be taken to the chair, the stylist took a walk in, young man for a haircut before me. Not cool. Taking a $15 at best walk in before your $100 overpriced color appointment. Canceled on the spot and will not return. You lost a good customer who tips well. That is not my definition of customer service

The lady who cut my daughters hair was fantastic I have zero complaints with her and didn’t get her name. The complaint I have is when I walked in we were not greeted way was just asked if we had an appointment then told us to sit (Spanish older lady) still proceeds to flirt and talk up a storm with a guy that was in her chair also after his cut which he had all his hair taken off she proceeded to take him to wash him when he had no hair then sits him back in the chair rubbing his back blah blah blah. He goes and pays and she ran right to the back room. She didn’t even clean her area. The older blond lady just got done her clients hair and asked if we’ve been help told her no. She took my daughter even though she had an appointment coming in. The Spanish lady didn’t come out from back room until daughters hair was done. That was rude of her and probably will never never go back to that location
