I received two french braids during this visit I was talking to Laura the stylist about how I wanted a french braided perm for a long time but could not find someone who would do it. Upon stating this she said how she was excited and has been wanting to do that type of perm but had no one to do it on. I returned later in the week where Laura placed three french braids and added perm solution to my hair. I now have exactly what I wanted my french braided perm with the most beautiful wavy curls. I love it. If you want a perm bit don’t want the rods or you want to try a new type of perm cost Hair cuttery in West Melbourne, Fl and ask for Laura. She is fantastic!

This was our worst experience ever. It was so bad that we will never come back. My daughter went in to have her done for her homecoming dance and I had to stop the hair stylist during her attempt of putting braids in my daughter hair as it looked absolutely horrible. This was after an hour of trying to do the braids. My daughter then changed up her hair style and after another almost 2 hours her hair looked like an animal. It was beyond horrible looking. I paid for it and walked out completely disgusted. Paying 52 dollars for this was unacceptable to say the least. After making some phone calls and paying out more money to a wonderful friend we were able to completely redo her hair in less then an hour and send her off to her dance looking amazing and not like she just rolled out of bed. We will never recommend hair Cuttery to anyone for hair updo’s. Very upsetting over the whole ordeal. Not a happy customer

I went here last minute in need of a trim. A girl with purple hair took me, she was very nice. I explained I did NOT want my hair layered because it took me 2 years to grow it out. I had 1 layer that was a half inch above my long length and wanted an inch cut of and my face framed. Well she kept cutting and gave me 4 different layers and my shortest is right below my nose. I kept asking her why do you keep cutting more and more. She said im just making it even. I said 5 times, you better not lauer me. I mean it was a simple cut. What took me 2 years to grow out will now take me longer. I wanted to cry. Worse part, its so Noticeably uneven that it looks like a 2 year old did it. Do not have her cut your hair unless you want a hack job. Im Devastated after 2 tears of growing my hair out, she cut it shorter then it was then. I’m 43 so my hair grows slow. Worse haircut I’ve ever had. I would of given 0 star’s. Thanks for destroying my hair. She shouldnt be cutting hair. I still gave her a $10 tip cause i left wet and couldnt tell till i got home. I wanted my money back but NEVER recieved a call back from manager like i was told I would.
