I gave 5 stars, because the owner and staff have always been nice to me. I’ve been coming since April 2020, but today was my last day. My recurring stylist has consistently demonstrated a lack of professionalism and respect towards me. Today was the last straw. She made me pay for my hair that she messed up. I left with my hair still looking messed up. It’s right before the holidays and now my hair looks bad. I’m very unhappy with the service I received today. And I have to love myself enough to let go of a toxic relationship. I hope my former stylist learns to be more professional and respectful of her clients. I will not be returning.

Scheduled an appointment to drastically cut my hair after 23 years of having no one touch my head and my hair be down past my butt and less than an hour before the scheduled appointment that has been scheduled for a week they called and said they needed to reschedule because the hairdresser that I chose was running late. Extremely offended extremely unprofessional if you know that this haircut’s been scheduled online for days upon days how could you not be able to make the appointment and why would you call within less than an hour to the client to express that the hairdresser they chose was unavailable until 4:00. Very very very unprofessional and again this was a very drastic choice made by me and to have this happen is like a slap in the face.

Horrible experience and bad haircut. Hong Nguyen rushed cutting my hair and left it all choppy. I wanted a simple cut and specifically told her I didn’t want it to look choppy or blockish. I have thick hair and seeing that she has a similar hair type I trusted that she would know what I meant. I even showed her a picture. She was more concerned about finishing my hair quickly and taking another walk in that it felt that she did not care which was proven by how poorly the cut came out. I called the salon to discuss how they can fix it but no one answered so I just went back in person. I explained that I didn’t like the cut and she was rude in her response but still cut my hair. She cut my hair quickly again and it still looks bad. She said if I want it to be properly fixed to make an appointment. I’m very unhappy with my hair.

A few years back I went to get a cut and the lady tried to upsell me hair product there claiming that “it would regrow my hair”….I have yet to try anything that did not have minoxidil in it that would actively change my genetic code. I just want a hair cut lady.

Tatiana did my niece’s hair and made her feel so beautiful and heard. My niece has gone through a very difficult time and needed help with her hair and she is leaving with a new do and a new outlook on life and her hair.
