Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityBeen coming here for many years now and refuse to get my haircut anywhere else. During the start of the pandemic there was a temporary close in which I had to use a different establishment and I hated it. Nowhere has ever satisfied me like this place has and I will continue to return here whenever the next haircut is necessary. Nothing but extremely professional, kind and high quality employees here. No complaints from any of the different people that have cut my hair over the years which has been probably close to 8 or so in total, especially not Laura. Been coming here for many years now and refuse to get my haircut anywhere else. During the start of the pandemic there was a temporary close in which I had to use a different establishment and I hated it. Nowhere has ever satisfied me like this place has and I will continue to return here whenever the next haircut is necessary. Nothing but extremely professional, kind and high quality employees here. No complaints from any of the different people that have cut my hair over the years which has been probably close to 8 or so in total, especially not Laura. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityThis place is a nightmare. They allowed me to schedule to get my hair done for a wedding. I told them what I needed, they said no problem l. I get there and after 15 minutes of waiting, she said ‘sorry, it’s about 10 more minutes, I’m short-staffed.’ Seriously??? I had an appointment I made earlier in the week. My appointment was for something that would take two hours. Because she was 30 minutes behind, she said ‘it will take 2 hours’ and acted like I was unreasonable when my hair appointment would have been done by the time I had to leave if they were remotely on time.I had call at 10:55am to tell them that I was down the road for my 11am appointment. I arrived right at 11. I knew I would be there on time or a minute later, they told me ‘you have a 10 minute window anyway.’ So I have a 10 minute window but they have a 30 minute window.. The stylist then actually tried to say, ‘well you were late.’ Um no I was actually on time, and just called ahead in the event I would be a minute or two over to let them know I was coming. It is such a nightmare in this town trying to find a hair stylist. But NOTHING os worse than someone promising to deliver on a crucial day and then ruining your entire event due to their absolutely poor and Inadequate excuses for not performing. Thanks Hair Cuttery, you literally added a barrier into a super important day. Thanks for single-handedly ruining this once in a lifetime event for me due to your poor poor standards.
