Autumn has given me one of the TOP haircuts I have ever had in my life. I wanted somewhat different because my hair is particular, but I also didn’t want something outrageous. She made appropriate suggestions and did an awesome job. Additionally, the entire team was friendly and outgoing despite working under some challenging logistics. I felt welcomed and it was better than the salons that charge an inflated amount for what I would say is less talent.

Stopped in for a quick style and cut. Was able to get right in with little to no wait. Ielyana was my stylist and she did an amazing job. Never felt rushed. I’d like to start off giving you a big THANK YOU! A week and a half ago I booked an appointment with Autumn for myself and my daughter for today (11/12/22) at 11:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. We showed up a few minutes early. We were told when we arrived that Autumn has a color that was running over and that we’d have to be seen by someone else. They even claimed the coloring was a scheduled appointment; however, I had kept checking the website and there were no bookings with Autumn prior to our appointment (which is why we showed up a little early). She did though, have availability after 4:00 p.m. If there was indeed a scheduled appointment before us, it was made just prior to our arrival with no regard for the appointments we already had set. The icing on the cake — not a single apology; not from the person we were speaking to, and not by Autumn. Now for the reasoning behind our thank you. We went to the JCPenney Styling Salon in the Seminole Towne Center. They were able to fit us in and we were greeted with kindness. The same hairdresser tended to both my daughter and myself. She was AMAZING. We both received incredible cuts. So, once more, THANK YOU for giving us no choice but to go elsewhere – we couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received at the JCPenney Styling Salon. 🙂 Oh, and we left her a 50% tip! We’re kind like that!

Had an appointment.at Lake Mary location. Waited 25 minutes then was asked to wait 30 minutes longer. The stylist knew she was running way behind when we walked in for the appointment but still let us wait 25 mins before saying anything to us. I wouldn’t recommend this location. Kids’ cuts

Unfortunately, I was not happy being told during checkout that I was going to be charged an additional $12 for my hair and my daughter’s because of the “long hair” charge. When I made the appointment online, I was given a price of $37 per cut, so I was expecting the total to be around $75 for the both of us. Instead, it was $98.

Very disappointed. When I called them and asked them very clearly, they said length of hair doesn’t matter you’ll just be charged per the standard haircut charges and when I got my haircut they charged me a bomb. I was really shocked. When asked, she said your hair is long so the extra charges and she also convinced me that my hair was curly infact it’s not, it’s just little wavy at ends. She charged me extra for that as well. I really wanted to make this my regular haircut salon but I’m sad I won’t be able to do that anymore. Not visiting again
