I would give it zero stars if I could.I was trying to wait until the situation was resolved to write a review but, as the situation does not seem to be getting resolved in a meaningful way.I went there for a haircut and while I was there I asked the stylist what color I should dye my hair (with full intention of going to a different salon for the dye) and she showed me the lightest pink color in the book of hair samples and told me that she could do that. I agreed when she told me the maximum price I would pay would be $147. (The first picture is my hair before I went)When I came to my appointment she told me the price would be a maximum of $187 but, misquotes can happen I shrugged it off. The stylist only bleached my roots and then went to mix the dye. When the dye was mixed she told me that “they didn’t send us the pastel pink dye but we’re going to try something else”WHY WOULD SHE TELL ME SHE COULD DO IT KNOWING THAT SHE DIDN’T HAVE THE CORRECT COLOR DYE?There was 3 days between the time that I got the haircut and she promised me the hair color and the time that the appointment was for my hair dye. I find it unlikely that she had the dye the day of my hair color when she originally booked the appointment. She used red dye diluted, to color my hair (second picture) even though I wanted pastel pink hair.While she was washing the first round of dye out another coworker who had been not been wearing a mask the entire time, leaned over my head in the bowl and was subsequently in my face with no mask on. This is a huge violation of every health and safety guideline and I felt extremely disrespected by the fact that this stylist cares so little about other people that she felt that she could disrespect customers like this. It is extremely inappropriate and disrespectful.When she finished washing the first round of dye out my roots were hot pink, and my ends were peach. (Third picture) Neither of these colors were what I wanted and so the stylist then applied another round of dye to just my ends but it came out looking splotchy (see pictures) and looks as if I did it myself.While she was doing my hair she proceeded to complain about another customer who had come in to book an appointment which was rude.My scalp is also burnt in spots from the bleach she used, and my ends are dry because she used dye and then put my head under a blow dryer to get my hair to accept the dye.I contacted customer service and the district manager (Eric) is refusing to give me a refund or his managers contact information so that I can escalate further as I DO NOT trust anyone from this salon or this company to do my hair, especially since the issue with the employee not wearing a mask was brushed under the rug by Eric. This is extremely unprofessional and I SHOULD NOT HAVE PAID.My hair, (one) not the color that I asked for, (two) extremely inconsistent, and (three) looks as if I did it myself despite the fact that I paid $170 for it. Plus the fact that the staff violated health and safety standards and could have put me at a huge risk.I will be reaching out to the health department about the violations of health and safety standards and continue to try and receive a refund but PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE.Service: Hair coloringDO NOT GO HERE.
