Kim is amazing!!! The first time I went to get my hair done I had blonde highlights and was ready to dye it all black. Kim convinced me to go with a nice dark color not black but had some reddish tones. Im glad she convinced me cause it looks great. She is very knowledgeable about hair and did an amazing job. Was not a fan of lamans hair cutting “expertise” thinned my “curtain bangs” from the top so now I have a bunch of hairs sticking out from the top. Then cut my curtain bangs in a straight line there’s no shape to my hair no texture just flat cut I asked for long layers and for a blade to be incorporated into my cut so that my bangs can lay out even when not styled I know my hair and typically every stylist I ask for that hair cut they understand what I mean he kept arguing about what was better. Just annoyed another ruined cut by hair Cuttery and this is the 2nd time I have get my hair fixed to get the style I want. Can you just listen to your clients? I didn’t even get curtain bangs just straight cut from under my chin can’t even style my bangs to lay how I want them to.

Called and asked if there was availability for a walk in for a hair cut, Karah said she’d fit me right in , which I was extremely grateful for. The issue here is that I was lead to believe it would include blow dry after my hair cut. She took the cover off after cutting my hair and said we were all finished. Now I’m running around with wet hair that isn’t blow dryed or styled. When I called I asked if the appointment available included everything she said yes the basics. So I was lead to believe different. I’m a little disappointed now as I’m running all of my errands with soaking wet hair

Very rude at the front desk. I just visited today,Sunday at 5:30 pm November 13th to get a quick haircut. They were very disinterested in taking care of me as a customer. I will NEVER step foot in another Hair Cuttery.

Stylist was sweet, although did not introduce herself and there is no sign at her station to state who she is. I’m just finding out her name by leaving feedback. She did a fine job cutting, but when I asked her to dry it fully, I was told she didn’t have time because her next appt was already there. The other stylist couldn’t do it because she was “expecting an appt”. Walk-ins are no longer honored?
