How strange life is some time. Today my hair salon cancelled on me. No matter. I was coming out of Publix getting ready to load my groceries in front of hair cutlery. A nice young lady came out and offered to help as do I am handicapped. She seems so nice and after getting my salon canceled on me I asked her if she was busy to do my hair. No problem. Walked inside and and came to get one of the best salon stylist and dye and haircut I’ve ever received. Hired her on the spot to always do my hair now. So whether it be fate or anything else. I scheduled an appointment for 12:15 and received a confirmation. When we arrived, early for the appointment, Monika had us scheduled at a different time. She blamed a computer glitch. That’s all fine, mistakes happen, but she refused to honor our confirmed appointment, even though we arrived early and there was no one else in the salon. She kept telling us to look at her screen, but refused to look at my screen showing the confirmation I received. Her attitude and horrible customer service to rectify a problem that was a corporate issue has lost the company a customer. I will never return here.
