I received a haircut/trim from Allison. My hair was wet when she cut it, when I went home to blow dry/straighten it. One side was extremely longer than the other, I called and asked if she can fix it, she told me she has other appointments and to come back tomorrow, no regard at all whatsoever. I couldn’t come the next day, it should have been right the first time. Then I spoke to a man who said he would take a look at it to see what I’m talking about… take a look at it? Or fix it? I ended up going elsewhere and they corrected the problem. Definitely not returning to this hair cuttery.

one of the stylists was having a conversation with a family, wasn’t seated in a chair until 20-25 minutes after my appointment. stylist, named rebecca, failed to communicate with me about what i wanted properly done, and even shaved off part of my hair after failing to clip it properly. she didn’t even try to fix her mistake or apologize! after she finished washing my hair, she didn’t blow dry it.

My first cut here was great. My second cut wasn’t well blended and chunky on one side. When I called asking for them to fix it the next day, they said no because they were booked. When I explained that I didn’t need a full appointment, just a 5-minute touch up, they still declined. Would not recommend – if they mess up your hair, you might be walking around looking ridiculous for a few days, it seems.
