Tim RUINED my hair by coloring wrong and cutting it to the point that it really couldn’t be corrected! He didn’t even apologize for screwing up my hair! He’s smug and arrogant and didn’t listen to anything I said! He shouldn’t be allowed near anyone’s hair with scissors or a bottle of color! The manager left and I still have to have my color redone!!

I called yesterday and thank goodness they were able to get me in. Everyone was friendly, it was clean, and I was able to get a wash, cut (I have very long hair) and a blow dry. I genuinely enjoyed my experience. Arjana was very professional, kind, and efficient. I live closer to the Durbin location, but I will be coming here from on on. I definitely recommend.

At Bartram location got the worst cut ever on Wednesday. I went to Durbin location and the stylist fixed. Even My 95 year old mother told me it was very uneven and longer on one side and it was from the right side on back all the way around to the left front. The stylist could not believe how bad it was. 1/2 to 1″ longer. Very noticeable in the back. She never showed me the back, one side was styled under one side flipped out why I didn’t notice in front. How could she not if noticed this?

Checked in at the desk using the computer with an estimated wait of 15 min. Patiently waited 30 min for the gentlemen in front of me to finish his haircut. Was then greeted by 1 of the 4 stylist working. The stylist informed me it would be at least 2 hours……. Not a single employee could take 5 min to greet and inform the multiple guests waiting the computer was 2 hours off.
