Hair cuttery has really screwed up. First I call and ask a perm for a 12 year old. No problem. Made two appts. For a birthday surprise for my kiddo and friend. They call me two days later and say they can’t do it for 12 year olds and now I have to be the bearer of bad news and I have no time to reschedule anywhere. It is absolutely ridiculous that I can sign a waiver for anything else in this country. But I can get a perm. Lost a customer for the last 20+ years because they didn’t know their own policy in the first place

Shared a pic of a haircut I wanted and ended up with a whole different haircut! Told the lady I did not want layers and did not want it to look choppy, however I got both!! Very upset! Due to her taking about 10 inches of hair off and layering it, and it was supposed to be below my shoulder and ended up much more shorter! I will never go back!

I had gone to the other Hair Cuttery in town about 2 weeks earlier and showed a picture of the style I wanted and the lady made a mess out of my hair. I walked in to this shop and told the receptionist that I needed someone to fix the disaster. She promptly got one of the stylists to help me. Andi did a wonderful job fixing my cut- I’m very happy. And they didn’t even charge me! I’m definitely going to stay with this location and Andi.
