Asked for a “light trim around the ears and a little off the front. Without warning, the lady took her shears and buzzed whacked the side. Too late to stop her once she did that. I even told her my hair was still growing out from being butchered 6 months previously. “Well, I won’t butcher you. I’ve been cutting hair for 44 years.” Later duringour conversation, she also told me she had never been to school and that her Uncle Vito taught her how to cut hair. The woman shouldn’t be allowed to cut hair. Seriously. She shouldn’t.

I arrived at 5:40pm on Sunday. The posted hours are until 6:00pm. The store was open with the sign on. There were no customers in the salon. An older woman and a younger woman were the stylists sitting in chairs at the back, just hanging out. The younger stylist nonchalantly came up to the counter and said they could not do a haircut for me (I am a guy) before closing. I replied there is nobody here and you are open until 6:00pm. She said they counted everything already and would not cut my hair in the 20 minutes they were still open. They were doing nothing but watching the clock. Bad service. Bad employees. Bad business. My advice is to go somewhere else and get good service.
