Amber saved me from a hair emergency. I went to a stylist the previous day and he did not give me what I asked for. He gave me think chunky highlights and made my base color much darker than my natural color. When I told him it wasn’t what I wanted he became very defensive and hostile and that he could only squeeze me in for a 30 minute secession 5 days from then. I didn’t feel comfortable going back to him and found Amber by a stroke of luck. She asked tons of questions and made sure she knew exactly what I wanted and showed me the swatches and everything. She said “don’t worry girl I got you” and she did not disappoint. The whole vide of this place is awesome everyone is super friendly and comfortable. 100% recommend!! They do an amazing job!

I don’t recommend this location EVER! Seems like they don’t take you in if your colored. (My feelings) This is the 2nd time I have tried getting a haircut at this place. 3-4 hairstylist and only 1 person waiting but was told they didn’t have time to cut my sons hair and It was 12 pm I asked if they had any appointments and they said no to try again tomorrow. I don’t feel Welcomed here. The same thing happened about a month ago.

I’m not one to complain but when you are a hairdresser you should probably know how to take instructions from someone who knows hair terms considering we have been getting it done the same forever. How do you get textured in the front leave one inch on the top mixed up with a one all over? My son has no hair to texture! He literally has no hair at all. He clearly stated to this hairdresser that the hair cut didn’t look right and you didn’t even consult his father sitting 15 feet away. He was visibly upset and you were to lazy to listen to a 10 year old to ask. The nerve you had to even mention that his father should of been standing there? If you weren’t confident in the instructions you should have asked him to stand there but you didn’t. To be shocked we didn’t want to pay for you traumatizing my child is funny. You didn’t do the service asked and we will be calling corporate tommorow. This is just pure laziness. I’m glad I wasn’t there to witness the disrespect.
