Extremely nice staff. Very friendly and welcoming. I never got a feeling of regret upon entering because I was getting there an hour before closing as I have felt at other places. You have the convenience of making an appointment or walking in. My haircut came out great. Although my grandfather (I’m 52 yo) used to have a saying, “there are only 3 days between a bad haircut and a good haircut.” I will most certainly return!

very unorganized with appointments, pricing was different per which hair stylist you saw.. the girls were dressed in either no professional clothes or dirty clothes. I took my two boys there were charged different prices and they got the same basic hair cut. will not be back

I booked online package “Value Package Single Color” (includes :Single Color, Shampoo, Treatment, Signature Cut and Blowout, $5 off hair care products), and starting price for that with any stylist was $107. I booked online and if you choose any stylist and not particular one that is the price $107. I needed to color my hair in black and to trim. Color was great, trim was nice too (it took her literally 2 min for trim but ok)Before she started she told me price will be $145 which is so much more then $107 but I was already in the chair, snd I thought it’s maybe because of my mid back hair that price so I didn’t argue. I was happy with my hair and I even tipped my stylist $30. Receipt was send to my email. When I came home and open receipt I felt like I was fooled by Sandy. She charged me a package $107, Long hair blowout $13 (my hair is Mid Back but ok) and I was surprised that she added to that bill “Chemical Service Hair for Mid Back” and charged me $23 for that. I never asked for that and she didn’t even told me what is that at all, so she did that on her own. I am sad that I really appreciated her work and tipped her very generously and she actually played very “claver” and added to bill something that I didn’t ask for in first place. Ok she may did that service on my hair and didn’t told me but the point is I only wanted hair color and trim.
