Honestly, just stay away. Went to get platinum.showed pics of what I wanted. Ended up leaving with brassy hair. Came back week later to get it fixed. Ended up brassy blonde….Then tried to charge me 90$ cause I got “undercharged” the last time. I refused to pay since I didn’t get what I asked both times but never got it. Lalaine is amazing! I came in after a bad experience from a different salon that left me with awful lowlights and chunky yellow toned highlights. I’ve had trouble finding a new stylist after moving back to the area a couple of years ago and I wasn’t sure what to expect but Lalaine did an awesome job despite the condition of my hair! She gave me all over baby highlights to help blend in and make my hair have a more natural feel. She was sweet and funny and even took her time when she washed my hair, massaging my scalp. She’s very knowledgeable and great with color. I finally found a stylist I’ll be coming back to!
