Great place. My stylist, Heather, was amazing. I was so relaxed and she talked to me as if we were longtime friends. I felt she really understood my needs and she was super warm, friendly and professional. The shop was clean and organized and the other staff that I observed seemed just as friendly and professional as Heather. Oh yeah……….. My hair turned out great too! 🙂

I frequent this location because I don’t have any issues when I go. I get basic hair services which means I cannot attest to their quality of more complex hair services. I go in every couple of months for a trim for my long, straight hair. That isn’t something that can be easily messed up so I don’t worry about going to a fancy salon for that. I have had issues in the past where maybe it wasn’t cut straight and they fixed the issue at no cost so I do not hold it against them. The location is clean and friendly. They have wide variety of stylists so if you go often you can get to know each one to see which one fits your personality. For example, I do not like small talk so I usually book a stylist that fits that personality (I believe his name is Sinon?). Honestly, if you were to call and ask for the best stylist for someone who doesn’t like small talk, they would advise. They’re just a bunch of friendly, down to earth people so I wouldn’t feel judged by asking.
