Walked in Thanksgiving eve with my 2 year old Grandson. I wanted to surprise his parents as his new sister was born the day before. I wanted her big brother to look perfect when he meets her. Asked for a haircut. Initially told no openings, but then a voice said “I’ll do it” Her name was Lexy (I believe) she was an angel! She not only did a great job, she was simply AMAZING with him! It was only his 2nd haircut and he isn’t a fan, but she kept him engaged and distracted so she could cut his hair. His parents love it! Will DEFINITELY be back for his future haircuts as long as she is there!

Just a simple kids cut; but it is was awful. My daughters hair is choppy, uneven, and doesn’t lay nice anymore. She didn’t shampoo or condition; which I thought was part of it- but she cut it dry. She didn’t part her hair down the middle, or section it off to make sure it was even. I understand it’s only $16 but why not still do a good job? No pride in your work just because it’s a kid?? This will now cost me more than $16 to go to someone who knows how to cut hair. I will never return. Go somewhere else; or heck, based on my daughters hair, just do it yourself.

Went in to get hair cut as a full highlight. Now have blocks of spots with no color. She haked my hair. Went in a few weeks later to ask about price to fix the hair stylist mess ups. Was told I was 3 days late for the 30 day fix. (Mind you I was unaware of this 30 day policy) an that it would be full price to fix this women’s mes ups. While they tell you to wait to recolor. Never will go back again. Will stick to my hair Cuttery in Baltimore. Worth the drive. Atpeast the stylist know what they are doing an do not try to rip off customers. An this was taken 2 weeks after color. Should have known something was not right when she offered to style my hair for free. Never go there please #haircuttery
