Everytime I visit this location I am never disappointed. The staff are always very friendly and knowledgeable about the hair care products. My stylist, Joanne B., gave my hair a much-needed makeover. The color she recommended was absolutely beautiful! I requested a bob haircut that was perfect. I had a wonderful time pampering myself and chatting with her and the other stylist. Conflicted about this is place. My mom had the absolute worst experience. She arrived to her appointment and her stylist was 15 minutes late. Then, she proceeded to talk on the phone complaining and it seemed like she was in a bad mood and something about being burned out.

Horrible haircut. Did not realize until I got home how choppy and uneven she (Courtlyn) cut my hair in the back. Went to another salon and they even agreed that it was atrocious looking. Luckily JCP Salon was able to somewhat fix it, but not completely. It will take my hair growing out and more corrective haircuts to fix it. Haircut
