Worst haircut of my life! I wanted long bangs and layered haircut and the final result resembles something I can’t even describe. The stylist was very unprofessional and unfriendly. The blow out was awful and my hair was still damp when i left. I had to go home and wash my hair because it still felt unclean. I will have to just wear it in a bun until it grows out. Def not worth $100!!!!

Jackie was amazing, I can’t say that enough, however, I am very disappointed in the amount of time we spent at hair cuttery….our apt was at 2pm, Jackie showed up late. No one told us she was going to be late….smh. I had to ask them, what were we waiting on and that’s when one of the ladies said that Jackie had just pulled up. Even after that, it was still a long wait….we paid $94 and gave a $18 tip (I didn’t mean to give that much, but they couldn’t figure out how to refund some of it, so I just told them to keep it). We didn’t leave until 6:30 pm. I spent my entire evening there. Again, she was a very nice lady. I do not think we will be a returning customer.

Came in at 6:15 pm.. they close at 8 pm. website said walk-ins welcome…started signing in and the young lady told me that she could book me an appointment tomorrow.. I work all day so no.. they refused me service… Made all the difference in the world of me ever going there again.. first time experience and was looking for somewhere good to consistently get my hair cut… I’ll keep looking
