My stylist did an good job on my partial foil look. That was my first colored service from them.They had a deal set up stating you get $10 off on your first colored service so that was great! And it wasn’t that expensive.The only thing I highly disliked was the fact that my stylist took about 6 almost 7 hours to complete my hair and style which of course was entirely too long.

I really wanted to cut my long hair and did not want to go to a salon that would make me pay almost $100 for a cut (I’m a broke student). So I took my chances and went to hair cuttery and I was sooo glad I did. Please please please ask for Angie. I showed her a picture of the hair cut I wanted and she replicated it perfectly! I’ve been to really expensive hair salons in S.Korea and paid over hundreds of dollars on my hair. But I’m so happy with my hair cut and the cost. NO CAP! Thank you Angie~

I have 30 year’s in the business and I absolutely love working here again after 24 years of self employment. I started here in 1990 and worked for 5 years and came back and it’s like I never left. I see so many people from Suffolk’s #1 school, Forest Glen High School, past clients and have fortunately got many new clients. Hair Cuttery in my opinion is the best Salon chain to work for! I was recommended by someone to go to hair cuttery. I wanted to do over all lightening to my hair to start the process to go blonde. I know it takes a few sessions. But once the bleach was applied the stylist went in the back and didn’t come out to ask how I am for a very long time. She then used the wrong toner on my hair causing all different shades to come out in my hair! The whole process too over 6 hours!!!!!!! When she cut my hair she used hair clippers for men and did not come back with scissors to make sure everything was even! My hair was not even it was butchered. Then when she blow dried my hair the attachment was ripping and snapping my hair strands. That this point I was over it it was taking way too long and I just wanted my hair dry so I didn’t have to go out in the cold with wet hair! I had to wait a long time before I could get a trim my hair color is still awful and my hair is still recovering from her ripping it out. I would never go back to that location again!!! The manger did my hair. She knew she messed up but made me pay full price she didn’t even apologize or offer me any type of discount! She even went as far as to say I looked great ! But I didn’t!

Made an appointment for 9:30 for haircut. Waited 20 minutes past appointment time as they were taking walkins ahead of me. They claim since I made an appointment it was it was with one specific hairstylist. I didn’t ask for a specific hairstylist when I made the appointment.
