My appointment started 45 mins late. Then I asked to add a hair trim and flatiron to my appointment and was told yes. Taylor washed, blowout, and trimmed my hair and said okay I’m done. I replied you said you could flatiron my hair? She said yeah I was going to tell you to book another day because I have another appointment but I don’t work tomorrow so it would have to be Saturday. I responded, no I’m not going back here. Then she tried to overcharge me. I had to go home and finish my hair. This was a waste of time and money so I will never visit Hair Cuttery again.

Melissa did a great job. I got the comb twist to start my loc journey. Great customer service and a positive and professional atmosphere. She also did my daughter’s hair and also a great experience. My daughter is very tender headed. She comforted my daughter throughout the entire experience even when she began to cry. At checking out she gave me a list of recommendations for maintaining her hair. We will book again.

I’m always a 4 star person because nothing is perfect but my time with Nish was by far a 5 STAR experience!!! She’s an excellent stylist & great listener as to what I wanted and she put my fears to rest. I usually hate going to the salon because of the time I have to wait and I am not often happy with the final result not this time. It didn’t take her long and she was very attentive. When Nish finished my hair and I saw what I looked like I literally cried!!! Since COVID I’ve not focused on me at all. Nish was able to pull out of all my “I don’t know” answers what I truly wanted and bring out my inner beauty because the outer beauty was gone . Seeing is believing, that’s why i posted the pics. I’ve been to other stylist here too and they do good work also so when you visit you’re in good hands all around. I’m just a creature of habit and will be sticking with Nish Thanks Nish for making an old lady look and feel better
