Jenni was amazing. She could tell I was anxious and did everything in her power to make me feel comfortable including allowing me to face the door so that I could see outside- a personal preference- without me asking directly, that is how in tune she was with my body language. She was very kind and chatted with me to take my mind off of it. She asked me before she did anything and kept me informed of her actions after that. All around it was the most pleasant experience I’ve had with a stylist in over a decade and I will most certainly be back to see HER. All of that plus my haircut turned out great, exactly what I wanted- it exceed my expectation.

I’ve gone here twice now. I got my hair cut here once and they did a great job! I can’t remember her name. I went again yesterday for a blowout for New Years. Erin was very friendly and styled my hair exactly like I asked! It was raining so she tucked my hair in a cap to protect the style.

Poor survey Showed up there as a walk in at 12 had to come back at 3 o’clock so we came back at 3 o’clock 3 hours later from time we come there with my 3 kids and two out the 3 got great hair cut my daughter hair very uneven cut and They refuse to fix it even after I paid I will never come here again we’ll take my services elsewhere to misti belle down the street who fixed my daughter’s hair for free when hair cuttery messed it up ..For this place having someone with out a licensed personality cutting people’s hair and charging them is worng Don’t waste your time or money or putting your kids through that damaging. Right before picture day it’s very sad that this business would do this to a child let alone anyone Wish I would have got her name But the one who did do well cutting my son’s which was Janet I didn’t get the other girl’s name who messed up my daughter’s hair

I’m trying to find out if my employer offers leave for a bad haircut because I am not going to leave the house with hair like this. The manager was sweet and empathetic, though. It’s 8:30 am on Saturday, and I did not want to make an appointment but rather ask a few questions regarding getting a “color touch-up.” I live around the corner. The woman who answered the phone responded with, “Well, no. We’re really busy, even this early in the morning. Perhaps you can drop by instead, since you live around the corner, so we can see and answer your questions.” Surprised she answered the phone being that they were so busy AND she actually could not take two minutes to answer my questions, I said, “Probably not, seeing that you’re so busy.” Her reply was, “I was just offering.”
