Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismIf you’re looking for a teenager review, I have made my presence . I got my hair done yesterday with partial-highlights. (They had an example hair sheet thing to show what it would look like on your hair, which was really helpful). I had dark, brown wavy/curly-ish hair and it transformed into the beautiful pictures I provided. (I can-NOT take great pictures, promise it looks better in person). A really professional workplace where every worker knew exactly what to do. There were times I was left alone for my hair to dry/set in for a long time as they helped other customers, but I didn’t mind. It’s sort of a small place so don’t expect a bunch of seats for waiting. The service was likeable, but sometimes difficult to help the stylist understand you. At the near end of my appointment, I asked to dry my hair, but it ended up being a straightening-hair type of dry. (They had an example hair sheet thing to show what it would look like on your hair, which was really helpful). She gave me a great haircut but when I got home I was emailed someone’s credit card receipt for a whole different amount than I paid in cash. An I got a confirmation for a 4pm appointment today for a haircut? I didn’t make a 4pm appointment my hair was already cut today around 9 am.

I’m writing this review after at least 5 haircuts. I don’t think they understand difference between different kinds of fades, even after showing a sample picture, a professional hair cutting salon should definitely know. Hair is the most crucial part to look good, they just mess it up and say sorry in the end, and We’ve to live with it till the hair is back. May be all the new learners experiment here. Never going back to this salon again.

My wife had an appointment scheduled for 2:30 today at this location. We arrived at 2:10 hoping to get seen a little early. Most of the staff ignored that we existed except an older Asian lady that asked if we had an appointment. We replied yes and checked in. Everyone that was working was initially with a customer when we arrived so we knew we wouldn’t be serviced right away. About 20 mins into our wait, another employee came in and proceeded to walk to the back to fold aprons oblivious to the now 3 people waiting. About 10-15 mins after, one of the stylists finished up but instead of helping us she decided that sweeping the entire salon and chitchatting with her cohort folding aprons was more pertinent than helping us. Another 10-15 mins pass and they finally ask us again if we had an appointment and we stated that it was supposed to be about 30 mins ago. Employees minimized the mistake saying it must be a system error. Overall employee attitude was lackadaisical with no emphasis on professionalism or sense of urgency. My wife was coming in for a simple haircut and the failure to accommodate her in a timely manner makes me doubt the competency of the employees and of the business itself.

I walked into my appointment the hair stylist rushed the entire job, because she was over booked. My sideburns were uneven, the hair around my ears weren’t cut, and my hair is uneven in lots of places. I caught that my neck was uneven before I left and had them fix it but the rest I had to go to another shop to fix. Needless to say, I am never going back again.

Very Unprofessional! I left after 3 mins of walking in. They couldn’t “figure” out who was going to take my daughter’s wash and hair cut which the only valid excuse of the 3 employees was one had an appt at 7. The other lady admitted that she was slow so she didn’t know how long she would be with the client she had. The 3rd lady was avoiding the answer

I’ve been going here for years, and have been satisfied. I had an appointment set with Kristen for this past Saturday. I arrived, only to find out that she was not able to make it in. I set the appt. through the app – so they had both my email and phone number; however, NO ONE notified me that my appt. would need to be rescheduled. Rather than coming back another day, I let another stylist do the work. WORST MISTAKE EVER! I wasn’t asking for anything special or complicated – just a cut of my existing style – which is basically “layers”. I requested three inches off and layers…. easy right? I knew there would problems when she first started – I have NEVER had anyone cut my hair in that manner before. I know how layers are cut and her technique was definitely not like any I had ever experienced. I even asked at the very beginning – are you going to do the entire cut this way? She stated yes – that was how she does layers because she has “more control” that way. I look like a weed wacker was used to cut my hair – and with about 5 to 6 inches gone (not the 3 I asked for) – there is absolutely NOTHING I can do about it. I can’t even pull it back into a ponytail to hide this disaster. I won’t even talk about the “baby bangs” that I currently have. It’s going to take a long time to make a come back from this horrific experience. If your stylist can’t even cut basic layers – they shouldn’t be working in your salon!!!

Staff was friendly enough but I brought my 7yo in for a cut and they BUTCHERED it. I admit I was in a rush so I didn’t take a close enough look. When we got home a few hours later, I realized it was completely uneven with chunks of long hair still left.. unfortunately we went really short, so it’s gonna be a pain to have fixed, but it’s bad enough that I’m gonna find another salon tomorrow (on a Sunday) so she doesn’t have to go to school leaving it the way it is
