Honestly a terrible experience. I have been going here for a very long time and every time I get a cut there is something wrong. This time they completely ignored the back side of my head and when I complained try to sit me with the same hair cutter. Extremely unprofessional. Don’t waste your money on this horrible hair cuttery.

Called ahead from the road. Out of tower and they said come on in and gave a stylist’s name. Shelley was great. Knew hair well. Understood treatment I needed. Place was packed and folks had to be turned away b/c of wait. Glad I called ahead.

I redye my hair about once a month and it is super cheap and does not hurt my hair at all when I do it there. I love the employees and customer service!

Pretty good. Needed my layers fixed and she did that, but i also asked for “feathering” ends and she didn’t do that very well. Will go again and try to explain better next time.
