Had a bad experience, with an uneven haircut. I got it adjusted, but was brushed away with my concerns when the length itself was uneven. Still dealing with my awkward haircut, but reminding myself that it’s and will grow back.

Unfortunately, they don’t stand behind their mistake… I used their website to make an appointment on line. After doing so, I called the salon to confirm that I followed the directions correctly. The woman on the phone confirmed that everything was done correctly. Two hours later, when I arrived for my appointment, I was informed, (by the same woman I spoke to on the phone), that the stylist was unable to take me and would be leaving after she finished up with the customer she was working on. I was very surprised by this info. Why wouldn’t they call me back? They definitely had my contact information. No apology either. Just very matter of fact/rude. The only reason I was taken aback by their attitude was because I had requested a particular experienced stylist. (They offer several different levels of experienced stylists). In the end I saw another stylist who definitely didn’t have a lot of experience, but was very friendly and gave me a nice cut.

Critical: PunctualityI made an appointment for 1pm on Sunday and I showed up at 12:50pm only to be told that I was not in their system. I showed them the Google Appointment and then they said that the person (First Available) had called out and they could reschedule me for Tuesday. I was trying them out for the first time every. Well I guess I will never try using them again.
