CHYNA serves absolutely no purpose to the value of this salon! I see a bad review 10 months ago! And CHYNA is still there! Horrible experience from check in to check out… including being charged for a classic blowout and charge an additional fee for a bang trim! Was told that a CLASSIC BLIWOUT! DOESNOT INCLUDE SHAMPOO!!!but a cut did! This person obviously is not happy to be there and makes the clients feel very sorry they even walked in the door here.

Today was a good experience, had some pretty good people help us out with one of the girls we brought in. Thank you for that Chyna! The other person who cut my daughters hair was pretty nice,but he kept asking me in front of her why does her hair stink? And then asked if we live in a farm and then asked if she rolled around on the farm. Lol I was like okay the first time was a little weird but he kept asking that over and over. She washed her hair lastnight and I did not think her hair stunk. That was kind of rude. He also asked her how old she is and she told him ten,but he charged us for the adult price. Other than that it was a good experience. But please be careful talking like that around growing girls who are developing self confidence. Have a good day.
