I was very uncomfortable with the stylist who helped me. Normally getting my hair washed feels nice, he seemed uncomfortable providing this service, and ended up pulling and tangling my long hair. When I went back to the chair, he started brushing out the tangles from the top, instead of working up from the ends. This was painful and I was concerned that he was breaking strands of hair. He initially pinned up my hair in preparation for trimming it in such a way that the clip poked me in the face. When I complained he seemed unsure of how to fix the problem. He made no effort to interact with me in a friendly way. He did at least trim my hair straight, but removed more than I wanted. He has questionable technical skills and no customer service skills. It was awful and I don’t ever want to go back.

I prebooked a haircut for my daughter over the phone, who has straight hair and just wanted a simple shoulder length cut. When we got there for our appointment the guy that had been assigned to cut her hair said he only did men’s cuts and we would have to reschedule! Left with a disappointed little girl. Don’t go here.

If you have curly hair. This could possibly be the worst place you can go. I went there twice and both times were horrible. They cut my hair as they would with normal straight hair and it looks like i let a 6 year old cut it. The titles they give do not mean that the person is better or worse. The person cutting my hair also said they understood and have done curly hair before.

I take my 3year old son to Skye at the barracks road location! She is the best! She is wonderful with kids! She has also done highlights in my hair. I highly recommend her for any of your hair needs for the whole family!!

Maria did a fantastic job; she was kind and focused. I came in with several reference photos with varied styles and she blended them perfectly. The cut she gave is EXACTLY what I wanted. I feel euphoric.

I went in to get my hair cut, washed, and straightened. All they did was blow dry it and my first sign that they didn’t have good service was the fact that another lady came in to complain as I was getting my hair ”done” and the young lady doing my hair told me she wasn’t able to straighten it because she had another client coming. There service was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Would not recommend

I came in an hour before close to get a simple trim, but nobody attended to me despite my standing at the counter waiting for about half an hour. I was even talking on the phone for a while, so my presence was definitely known to the employees there. It took my friend on the phone encouraging me to go up and ask a hairdresser actively working on someone’s hair if there would be any time for my cut. I was apathetically told “no, sorry,” despite the half hour that I wasted waiting for an answer. Nobody seemed to care a single bit about customer service or my wasted time. I will never go back to this location of inconsiderate staff who cannot even walk up to the counter or greet customers. Very upset.
