Hi! I’ve been to this hair cuttery many times and have returned each time with few complaints / very happy with my haircut. Yesterday however I went in to get my hair cut (was planning to get about three inches off) and my hair was down to my mid chest. Uhm my hair got cut to basically my shoulders and I also asked for face framing layers and literally left / couldn’t look at myself, and immediately called my mom to see if our family friend could fix it. I attached an image of what my hair looked like. I’m honestly not even upset but more distraught that someone could let me leave a salon looking like this when I paid 40 dollars for the haircut. Sad to say I don’t think I will be returning

I was given a great haircut in May but I had to wait an hour and a half because the current customer that the stylist was with kept asking for more add ons. I was patient and waited my turn but when I came in recently for another haircut, I was turned away for being 3 minutes late by the same woman that made me wait an hour and a half. I felt that she believes her time is more valuable than mine and she didn’t think I was worth the time taken to cut my hair because she’d get a bigger tip from the next client and didn’t want them to wait (which she made very clear that she had someone coming in 20 minutes). I don’t think that 3 minutes makes that big of a difference. I will not be returning.

I have short hair and went in for an all over trim. I even go in with my hair already styled so they can see what type of styling I have. The stylist spends so much time trimming the back I have to even tell her I need it trimmed all over. This girl left long pieces all over that was never even trimmed. My right side is longer than my left. She was even giving me a left to right part and trying to to cut a straight bang on my forehead.

Ok service and quality. One hairdresser didn’t cut all my splitends off so I went back to a different one. She cut way to much hair off. They were great haircuts and looked good but not what I wanted.

Went there for a basic haircut. It was cut ok, not great, but got charged for a custom styling ($24). I asked if they give a military discount, was told only on some days, which makes sense, because I only served my country 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, not like it was every day of the week (using left logic here).

POOR SERVICE!!! Went in for a hair cut high an tight asked to have beard trimer close. told me she dosen’t use them on the head then chargers me full price for half hair cut. (WILL NEVER USE THIS PALCE AGAIN!!!!! Don’t understand how a place like this stays in business when you don’t give costumers what they ask for and just cut hair how they want
