She does my hair with such ease, which is hard to find with my thick long hair, she is always great to talk to, and I can trust her with my eyes closed to do my color and cut! KIM did TERRIBLE on my sons hair. I asked to have his hair line shaped up (which means to remove hair out of line NOT to create a whole ugly hair line that’s not natural looking) but instead she cut his hair line back making his forehead appear large and cut one side in a TRIANGLE shape that was far back and other side TRIANGLE shape but not too far back. Hair line was TRIANGLE and crooked. Was not able to fix. Never again will she do my child’s hair. I don’t understand how a licensed hair stylist thought that was normal to do in a shape up! My son is age 7 and now sad of how he looks!

My sister had a horrendous experience with a very unruly hair stylist. She called my sister’s scalp “disgusting” and proceeded to rank her scalp’s appearance in front of other customers. Very disappointing and frankly unsettling. No one I know will ever frequent this hair establishment again.

She shows nothing be determination to give you what you want, and is earnest to give her expert opinion, with proof of backup, as to what may or may not be your best option. Critical: ProfessionalismI went in asking for color and a cut and the stylist, while she was very sweet, treated me like I was her first client ever. She poked me in the eye with the bleach brush, shaved off part of my bangs, ripped one of my earrings out, and kept asking ME what vol. Processor to use in my hair, how she should put foils in, etc the manager had to keep coming over to fix her mistakes multiple times and she actually charged me for the service despite practically being assaulted in the salon chair! She poked me in the eye with the bleach brush, shaved off part of my bangs, ripped one of my earrings out, and kept asking ME what vol.
