My Stylist, RYAN came to the rescue and gave me, what I feel is the best salon experience in my life! He relaxed me with a thorough shampoo that included at least a 5 minute massage…. that right their I would give 5 stars for lol.

I have had my hair done twice by Lucy and she is wonderful! I go in with a picture of what I want and she does just that. The thing I love most about Lucy is she isn’t a small talk chit chatter. I love that I can just sit there with my thoughts while she takes care of me and I don’t have to talk nonsense filler talk. I definitely recommend seeing Lucy. Also the store was very clean and everyone is very polite and accommodating!

If you want to tell the stylist what you want and have them completely ignore you to do what they want, then go there. My son is so upset right now. All we asked was for her to even out the sides because he was going from a side part to a middle part. She continued to cut his hair short. Even when I told her while she was cutting he wanted it kept longer and just trimmed she mumbled something under her mask I couldn’t understand and kept going. Then the bill was over double what a regular barber would have charged. HUGE mistake going there. My son doesn’t get upset easily but he is so distraught over it. A bad haircut is one thing but to completely ignore what your customer is saying is just wrong.

Love, love, love this location!! Felicia is the best! The style I want, we always discuss until I know Felicia knows what I want. And the results are always better than expected! Felicia hears me. Most products kill my scalp. Felicia doesn’t keep pushing products, and she doesn’t forget, and applies products anyway. Felicia gently suggests products she has had success with with other scalp-sensitive clients. She usually has a sample, or smaller sizes–and they work! I’m a customer for life.

I do not recommend this place. Tried this place several times myself and with my kids. Not had an even haircut one time. I have to go get my hair fixed every time I go here… and all I ever get are TRIMS. Doesn’t matter if you pay for the max/”best” stylist. Online I booked to use whatever stylist came first, but in the store they told me I had no option but to pay the higher stylist fee. Contradictory to what their corporate website says. This has happened twice now.

Worst salon I’ve ever been too. I don’t know the name of my stylist but she does NOT know how to cut hair. Showed her a picture of what I wanted. My hair was all one length half way down my back. I wanted layers with a bang that was supposed to hit below my ear lobe she chopped it ABOVE my eyebrow, Left me sitting in chair in the middle of My cut to go answer phones. My hair was a frizzed out mess when she was done and nothing like I’d asked for AND she decided to charge $53 for a whacked up frizzed out mess. Horrible experience not very talented. Very disappointed considering I had a event to attend after this appointment. Have had to schedule elsewhere to get her mess corrected Avoid this place!!!
