I went here twice and was incredibly underwhelmed both times. My wife and I just got to the area and this was the first barbershop (if you can call it that) I saw in the area that was also conveniently located near us. The first time I got a haircut and beard trim. My beard was misaligned and a chunk was cut in further on my right jawbone (near me ear where the beard ended). On top of that, my hair was not fully cut well. It was not faded correctly and they don’t seem to know what the difference is between low and medium. In any case, I decided to give them another try as I needed a haircut in a pinch thinking it was just a one time error. This last time was a travesty. I asked for a 1/4″ taken off the top and she took 2″ off. My hair doesn’t lay correctly now on top (I sweep it over) and she also layered a bit making it look incredibly thin. On top of that, my fade was terrible with there being a very stark transition between skin and hair. All in all I will be going to another barber in a couple of weeks when my hair has regrown enough to fix it properly.

Just visited today for a hair wash cut/ and style by vivian.. she did a wonderful job and even had me sold me on an eye brow wax while she treated my hair. She knew the exact product that my hair needed and went above and beyond on the cut! I will be returning to her at this location more in the future! I’ve been here many times in the past, but recently went in to get a trim. While the staff was courteous and considerate, the amount of time taken to seat the next customer was too long. I ended up walking out after waiting an hour. I was originally a walk in, but scheduled an appointment for a short time later. After 45 minutes beyond my appointment time and not being seated, I left.

Please do not come here!! They will mess your hair up!! It’s been a month and I’m still so upset. My friend payed over the phone for me as I cannot afford this. I told them I only wanted a trim. No shampoo etc. she made me sit while all the employees went to the back I assume it was a meeting. When she came back she made me call my friend and told me to go sit down. She comes over a few minutes later and hands my stylist the tip before she even started which IMO is very unprofessional. Of course she’s not going to try hard if she knows she was already tipped. She Than tells me my friend payed for the shampoo, cut and straightening it.. I don’t know what changed since I talked to my friend but I didn’t want any of that done. Well the shampooing was not great, it made my hair smell awful and I feel she rushed through it. I was already an emotional mess that day this was the icing on the cake. . Well I decided I wanted to cut enough off so I can donate but the length she told me I needed to cut off was not what they did. Short story short it took over 2 hours and 2 stylist. My hair is curly in the back and straight up front. I told her I didn’t want it to look puffy or thick. She asked advice from other stylist so I know she didn’t know how to work with my hair. Should have stopped there. She ended up doing whatever she wanted with my hair, a style I never even asked for. They were an hour past closing so already in a rush and just kept chopping off and it was so uneven. Still is and I’m embarrassed to walk around with it. I called the manager back. She told me to come in but it was already way to short I was not going to take the risk of them messing it up even worse. I should have looked at the reviews before I went. If I knew how to post a pic I would show you how bad it is. Please don’t go here!!
