I asked for a straight cut across for my daughter. Simple enough. Apparently not for this stylist. Got home to really look at it and this is what I got. Not to mention the rude customer service from the stylist. Waited nearly 1 hour past my appointment time while the stylist took her time to clean up the other hair stations while my daughter and I were still waiting for her. When she finally did see us she said okay are you ready? No apologies for the long wait just ok are you ready? Yes! I’ve been ready! You’ve seen us waiting! I regret not getting the name of the stylist. She was small and petite and rude.

I’ve gone here a few times, and it’s always been “acceptable.” But this time, it was not. The person cutting my hair made me feel stupid for not knowing the exact length I wanted, they shaved off wayyy too much in some areas, and missed some spots entirely. I’d like to say that this was just because of the person I was with since the other employees seemed very knowledgeable and kind, but I can only say what I experienced. I’d be cautious when going to this location.
