I was bummed, because I thought I had been very clear to not trim my bangs very much at all. But she ended up taking off over an inch, but left the back of my pixie long. There are a few things to be cautious of with this place. I was charged twice for brow shaping. I added tip, and it had pre-set percentages…I ended up tipping $13.00!!! Even if I loved the cut, I would not tip $13…geesh…bad on me for not questioning at the time (yesterday). I was preoccupied with the horrible cut I received.

I went here after seeing all the reviews and pics on Yelp for Shiva and let me tell you, she is amazing! I have jumped around for years always going to different hair salons, getting many average/bad hair cuts or feeling like the stylist just didn’t understand what I wanted or was just going through the motions but not with Shiva so I am very happy to have finally found a good stylist that I can trust to do good work! And she was so sweet! Really felt like she cared throughout the process and she was nice to talk to too! I got my hair colored, cut, and eye brows waxed and I left with such a boost of confidence, feeling fabulous! Shiva really is talented and I will only go to her from now on!
