1st visit was pretty good. My stylist gave me a great short haircut even though I asked for a medium length bob. I went back to her specifically to get root touch up and highlights. I was charged a lot more than the quote. Quoted 140.00. Walked out paying roughly 200.00 plus tip. I asked for a receipt, and she said she’d email it. I never received the receipt even after making a follow up phone call. The highlights are yellowish and brassy. I asked her to tone them down. I guess she did a corrective color? They are still brassy, and I could have given myself brassy highlights from a box kit at home. I questioned her about the bait and switch on the pricing, and she said I requested her so it’s more money. She added, “I charge more than the other stylists.” I would have been fine paying more if 1. She told me upfront and 2. If my highlights looked more professional.

We made a 10 am appointment the day before. When I show up no one was available for the appointment. I wanted 30 minutes. A man walked in and went straight to a chair. I complained and this one hair dresser tells me she will help me after she helps all the 3 other people waiting. I told her I made an appointment for my toddler and we couldn’t wait any longer. She was rude to me and said I needed to wait. DONT COME HERE. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

I went today and the hairstylist, as nice as she was about it, didn’t listen to what I was asking. When I told her what I wanted very specifically, she wanted to do her own thing, and when I corrected her she said she knew exactly what I wanted, but it ended up being something different and shorter, and now I have to wait a few weeks until it grows more because I don’t like it. I was also charged $14 more than the price the booking appointment said, and I still don’t know why because everything I got done on my hair was supposed to be included in the initial price (cut and shampoo), I didn’t request for anything extra. I will not be coming back.

I never said a buzz, I wanted a simple trim. She started raising her voice asking what was she supposed to do because he was screaming and not happy the whole visit (he’s never been this bad at prior visits). My therapist stated that they had all been vaccinated. And, I told her that is why I am here because I trusted her. Plus, she us a great stylist! You have to wear a mask, which I have no problem with; but, others do. And, you need to make an appointment unless they have time. Wear your mask, be considerate of others who may have underlying problems. Felt great to have a hair cut after 18+ months lol

Great quality for a simple trim for my long hair, and my stylist was helpful with leading me in the best direction for a cut and products that would best suit my very fine hair.
