I booked an appointment online and it said the cost would be one thing. When i got there it was more. They put me with an inexperienced stylist who charged what am experienced stylist would. She could not even blow dry my hair straight. Then blamed it on my hair being thick. Terrible do not go there.

I had my coarse, curly, gray hair cut and blown out by Juliet. She’s great and super friendly. This is the first time she has straightened my hair with a blow out. I usually leave it curly and just get the bangs dried. She gets curly hair which is not always common. She also gave me big praise for my self-done highlights which some stylists can a bit judgy about! I agree the prices seem a bit fluid sometimes at many Hair Cuttery locations. It depends on who checks you out. Today I paid for a “Deluxe Blowout.” Sometimes they charge me for a Regular Blowout for the 5 seconds it takes to dry my bangs. And, all locations push products which can feel like a hard sell. I find the whole staff here very friendly and helpful. I switched from another location nearby because the quality of the cuts went down significantly and the manager was outright rude to customers.

I asked Karen to get layers with curtain bangs and to not cut a lot of because I liked my long hair she said ok and basically did what she wanted to do. Cut WAY TOO much of my hair and the curtain haunts aren’t how I wanted. When she was washing my hair she did it so rough and fast. NEVER going back here. WORST experience ever. Crying atm because of how short she left my hair

I had been to this place this afternoon to get done my hair treatment shampoo and blow dry. Guys if you are going their to get done a cheaper service then let me tell you. You will waste your time. They always try to give you pricier option instead of doing what you need.They charged me extra for the same service I have been taking for more than 2 years now and when I ask the store manager he gave me a silly answer that prices are raised now. I didn’t see any prize change on their website. I had the worst experience ever. The store manager should learn to deal with customer at first.

Not the hair cut or style I asked for. The stylist did do beautiful highlights but I can’t maintain this kind of color job – I asked for something low maintenance and we had agreed on a balayage. As for the cut it looks nothing the picture I showed (picture of myself so I know it’s possible!). Would not recommend as the stylist while talented doesn’t do what you ask for….The only thing she retained from my consultation is that I didn’t want brassy hair. I now have a head of highlights that I do not like and a hair cut that doesn’t suit me.
