My hair was very dry and damp, when I told the stylist as such, she decided to flat iron all wet spots instead of blow drying. The blow dryer was on lukewarm/cold the entire time which made my hair very difficult to flat iron. She only put in olapex. I had to stop mid-way through because the stylist wouldn’t listen to me at all. When I ask her to shave the patch of hair in the back, she went for the front and shaved off a portion of obviously grown hair instead of the shorter hair in the back. I wanted a refund and the stylist and the manager forced me to pay the full $77. The stylist kept trying to make excuses for herself and told me to not leave a negative review otherwise it would look bad for business and if I did I would not be allowed back. I have gone to other hair cutterys and none were this bad. I have never want to have someone like that do my hair and not own up to the mistakes they made. I lost more money going to this place than going to a professional and getting it done there. I don’t want anything from this hair Cuttery other than money back.

I felt rushed and received the worst haircut in my life. I visited several times, and 2 out of 3 times I felt very rushed and recied an unsatisfactory cut. I have nice hair and just get a simple bob. It takes a special talent to screw that up.

Simple haircut for son; spoke at length to not cut it short and to not take off from the top. They did both of the very things we said not too- I don’t need or want a military haircut for my son. After we said- you didn’t cut as we asked and she said “oh you didn’t want it short?!”

Got really bad experience during my last visit. Expert stylist made my hair orange doing crazy expensive balayage service. And I told her before the procedure that I have the pigment in my hair. You just needed to keep the bleach longer and make it level 10 not 8. Not me who calls herself expert balayage master

Went in there and requested a regular haircut. Lady did the job fine, she trimmed the sides, back and do the snipping at the top. End product came out shorter, but the style remained so that’s good.
