I went in for a trim. According to their website that comes with a wash, but she originally had no intentions of washing my hair until I asked. After she went to trim my hair but didn’t trim the front pieces of my hair. Before I realized she was done she had ripped the sheet off of me(along with some of my hair and walked to the cash register). She didn’t even ask me if that looked right/good. I went up to the cash register and asked for clarification, I said “I know I don’t want a blow out, but does that mean you’re not going to dry my hair at all? It’s literally freezing outside.” She said yes and then pointed to my bill and told me the price. I’m new to the area and can confidently say I won’t be back.

Had Kim as my stylist and she was very nice to me even though I didn’t make an appointment ahead of time. I asked for 6 inches off my hair and when she cut it I thought that I should probably go shorter but she suggested I shouldn’t because she knew I liked my long hair. I’m very glad I listened to her because I probably wouldn’t have liked it if it was shorter.

Not happy. I went in wanting a trim and the hairstylist convinced me I needed to take off an inch and I came home with 2 inches gone. I don’t think my stylist knew how to cut curly hair. I’ve been getting the same cut for over a decade and this is the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten.

We saw the Leg Warmers on Dec 31st; restrooms were clean, the facility was not dingy, felt safe, drinks were not that expensive, four bars, and we were lucky enough to find parking in the back. Chicken fingers apps were good! Negatives- coat check was $3 per piece and not enough bartenders.

Worst 1st impression experience. Because I didn’t have an appointment they wouldn’t assign me anyone. Basically kicking me out. Other hair cutterys would just let me wait in line and I have no issues on waiting but not this hair cuttery. Never go here.
