Very welcomed, everyone was friendly. I didn’t know where to begin with my split ends, how much to cut off, what would help, I was looking for guidance & without hesitation Mitra gave me her best recommendations and care. Mitra even brought over a colleague ( who I may add had no problem stopping what she was doing to jump into the conversation.) to further make sure all my questions were answered to the fullest. I was so pleased with the entire experience. I left with a smile and a beautiful hair cut. My hair was looking so much healthier already!

Went in for a basic trim and my stylist was very nice. We agreed on one inch and I ended up leaving with about three or four inches cut off. I’m writing this review in hopes it’ll remind stylist that you can always take more off after, but once you chop it there’s nothing that can be done. I’m disappointed.

This place is actually the worst salon i’ve ever been to! If I could rate lower I would! If you’re looking for an honest review, this is the one. I booked them for a prom hairstyle. To make a long story short, they brought in someone who hasn’t worked and she completely ruined and damaged my hair. She burnt my hair off, ripped hair out, tied my hair in knots, and all I asked for was curls and a braid . She used over a whole can of hairspray in my hair, and also teased my hair! I spoke up and she wasn’t understanding what I was saying. They should’ve made me aware that she wasn’t familiar with doing hairstyles or hair in general, and she should’ve let me know she didn’t know how to use a curling iron. And not only that, but they charged me double the price with quoting me a different price before the session began due to the length of my hair. But Im not sure why they would make me aware of that earlier on. And.. it took almost three hours… Like

Like so many other establishments, they are having trouble with staffing. The hours may be a little different than what is posted, but when they are open, they are very friendly and efficient. Take advantage of the online waiting list.
