Hair cut & perm & it came out just like the picture! She also did in a 4 step process of color & bleach a phenomenal job on my granddaughter which is autistic. Amy is such an artist & compassionate professional as my granddaughter is autistic & sat in her chair for 3.5 hours & she never complained at all. Scheduled an appointment for 8 a.m. for my daughter on a Monday we arrived about 5 minutes early for the appointment. No other customer was in the salon. We signed in and asked what time the stylist would be here. We were told she comes in at the last minute, but would definitely be here. 20 minutes later still no stylist. Manager Michelle comes in and says she doesn’t know what time the stylist will be here, but I am welcome to wait. I told her I would. Stylist did not arrive until 9:10. She did not greet herself apologize and just asked who’s getting styled. They already asked individually multiple times who’s getting styled and I said my daughter who’s already in the system as a scheduled appointment. We have come to this location before and we go to Marz who’s great, however Marz was not available so she scheduled my daughter with a stylist that was supposed to be. The staff here needs to be trained on customer service and how to greet customers and simply give a courtesy call if they’re going to be late. Customers time is valuable. Then when I asked to be discounted for the cut for my inconvenience the manager said they have no coupons available. They charged me over $60 to wash, blow-dry and clip my 11 year old daughters ends without flat iron. If she did not need a trim for back to school I would’ve just walked out. If this is how Hair Cuttery treats their customers I am absolutely disgusted and will never be back.

Asked for a trim and lost FIVE INCHES of hair to unfortunately either someone distracted, or incompetent. Honestly the person who did my hair was very nice yes, but she should have spent more time following a simple request. Why on earth are you ruining someone’s next 10 months trying to regrow hair back when you weren’t asked to do that? IT ISN’T HARD. I didn’t even ask for an inch off.
