I went in for a cut and blow dry. I DID NOT GET HAIR WASHED it was already wet ! But the Lady charged Me a extra 13$ on top of the 35$ for “A Longhair Blowout” ! I don’t see that charge NOWHERE on Pricing ! I purchased 112$ in Hair care Products and didn’t even get my FREE sample there offering online for Redken So I am Very Disappointed today with Service! Don’t worry I can definitely afford it just don’t like to be taken advantage of ♀️

Worst haircut I’ve ever had. New girl not only didn’t know how to wax eyebrows but had absolutely no clue on how to do a simple fade. Took over a hour. Asked for just the sides done on a 1 and blended and nothing to the top. This took 50 min. She acted like she had never held scissors in her hands before. After having to explain to her that there was a obvious line and it wasn’t blended she rolled her eyes and got irritated. Then continued to drench my hair with water. Not spritz it. Full on water streaming down my face. Enough to have to wipe my eyes dry to see. Never once asked how it looks, never let me see the back. Then proceeded to start cutting the top of my hair. I really hope they take notice and replace this woman.

My husband took my 11 yr old grandson to Great Clips for a haircut, a week prior and they messed his hair up. The stylist fixed his cut and did a great first color (pink/purple) for him. They can’t do a color to root until there 13 yrs old and that was fine with me. I got highlights and cut from the stylist next to her so, we were able to sit next to each other. He had a pleasant first experience. Plus, his stylist also gave him sample shampoos. I want to thank the ladies for making him feel so comfortable. We both love our hair and had a great time talking with both of you. Here’s one of the stylist cards. I’m sorry I can’t remember there names or read the card, not there fault, I just have a bad memory.

I always go here for any salon needs. Now, I will never frequent this business again. I took my son for a walk in hair cut on a Sunday. They said they were too busy and that I should make an appointment for another day. No big deal, I get it. Sunday afternoon I made an appointment for my son’s hair to be cut on Monday at 5 pm. When we get to the salon at 4:45 Monday they tell me that Tim was unavailable. That didn’t matter to me because when I made the appointment I specified “any stylist”. Well, they tried calling me, they said. No, they most certainly didn’t. I had no missed calls or voicemails. My son’s hair literally takes 15 minutes to cut. I understand they’re short staffed and there was an approaching thunderstorm (which blew over) but put on your big girl pants and do your jobs.
