I’ve gone to the hair Cuttery many times and never get quite what i want. i went in for a trim on my bangs and they gave me super short bangs not at all what i wanted. i went in today with my mom and she always donates her hair. so she went in and requested to have her hair cut on a ponytail. the stylist, Amy, then cut it without a ponytail so they can’t donate it. They then yelled at my mom and blamed her for the botched cut.we will never be coming back to a hair Cuttery again.

I’ve been with Rose a few times before but it’s actually been a couple years since I got my hair cut (my first time since the pandemic!) And wasn’t even sure the same person still worked there.However, after all this time I remembered Rose’s name and that I had positive experiences with Rose in the past. And even after 2 years today, I still had an equally positive experience. Rose listened to all of my requests and took the time to make sure I was absolutely pleased with my cut and I definitely was! The patience and kindness definitely rang through, and having had many bad cuts from others in the past I’m happy to say that this was definitely not one of them. I’ve had many different hairstyles from shaved, to pixie, and recently to long hair half down my back through the years, and Rose seems very versatile to all of them and was able to give me a cut I was very happy with. I’m usually very hesitant to trust any hair stylist and previously would only go to a family friend who used to work at the same location but no longer does. Came in for hair coloring, left out with missed colored spots in my hair & uneven cut. I did not notice it until I arrived home and took a shower just to blow dry my hair out and seen how uneven it was & some parts of my hair not colored at all. I broke down completely and was so upset. Short blond hair lady who was doing my hair was rushing me asking if I could come back for a trim the next day. When she had just trimmed a lot of my hair off and a lot of parts were just hanging off. I went back the very next day super upset & wanting a refund & the short blond hair lady who stated was the assistant manager stated I would not be able to get my refund but she could fix my hair. She rushed through doing my hair, did not color it correctly it. Left spots undone in my hair! I will NEVER ever go to this hair cuttery location ever! You would think leaving your healthy hair in the hands of a “professional” would be safe but apparently not. Thanks to the assistant manager at this location I could never go back.
