Service = 5 stars. I want to add to the (hopefully) voice for this place. The salon needs some TLC – updated chairs at station and shampoo (no support left in chairs) and maybe some updated paint color palette for stations. Atmosphere makes such a difference for customers even if they don’t realize it, also improves work morale and resilience for tough days and tough customers! You want your stylists to be proud of their station. I felt this place needs a face lift.

I visited this location on 11/18/22 to get a keratin treatment. I was hesitant since this hair company isn’t known to specialize in African American hair. The staff here is very friendly and warm so I have nothing against them at all. However, a couple of days after receiving the treatment my scalp was scabbed all over and sore. I gave it sometime thinking it was normal (my mistake since it was a burn from the product) then I noticed my hair starting to fall out. Every time I brushed my hair I would have a handful of hair falling out. My hair NEVER did that prior to the treatment. So the hair “shedding” increased as well as hair loss from the actual hair follicle itself. Again I didn’t have any of this happening prior. I’m very aware of my hair situation so I decided to seek professional help in managing my hair and getting moisture back into it. I spoke to the manager and she said this has never happened here before and that she doesn’t think it is from the treatment even after I told her my hair history. I don’t think I’ll return to this location since my concerns were dismissed and ultimately told to go see a doctor if hair loss is a concern and that they need a doctors note to take accountability.

Just got the first appointment for my kid at this location. He’s three and had several of his haircut from another location since he was born. This was his first time at this location therefore he snapped in the first try. Not willing to go to the chair (not sure why). Had to go back and come back another time later (fearing same might happen again), but to my surprise this stylist Manda, changed the whole thing. She was WONDERFUL with the kid! Immediately made him warm n cozy with her playful tricks and the hair cut went smooth. She did an amazing job on his hair and I’m glad we have found her in the area! Recommended 100%.

Wife made a 1200 appointment for me. Arrived at 1150, checked in, and then was asked to sit for a moment. We were then ignored for 25 minutes while two walk ins and one 1230 appointment were sat and got hair cuts.

First impression was horrible, as soon as I walked in they greeted me with attitude. The (asian) lady cutting my hair was very nasty, and rude. I just wanted a simple hair cut. I told her if she could do some layers, and her response off the back was that “they wouldn’t look right on me”. I came in for my service at 5pm (mind you they close at 9pm), she kept telling me she “had no time” for me… then proceeded cutting my hair with such hostilely. Never coming back to this place again! Do not recommend at all! Please spend your money else where.

I had an appointment with Susie today, I asked for 2-3 inches off, just a trim. And she took almost a foot off! I am very disappointed and frustrated, she had me turned around away from the mirror while cutting so I wasn’t able to see how much she was taking off. VERY upset, I loved my long hair. First picture is from two days ago, second is from today. I definitely do not recommend this place.

The best haircut I’ve had and first time having a short hair. I wanted a complete haircut change that I’ve been hesitant to try. Natalie S. made the whole experience amazing. She was very attentive throughout the time that I was feeling unsure with the length. I like that she always asks first and made sure I was happy with every step she took. I enjoyed my time and A+++ on her customer service + haircut skills. I’m the type that s very picky and all about that customer service. Luckily, I’ve already made my next appt with her for my hair color. Ohhh heyyyy….think I’ve finally found my hairstylist thats nearby. First impression of her was very welcoming and courteous. Only downfall is that they definitely need to renovate the interior of the place as some looks outdated: walls needs some color and comfy seats. Overall, I definitely recommend her 🙂

I called because I needed my hair done for a wedding and I spoke with someone to let them know what type of hair I have and everything for the style. I was never told that everything was a LA carte. Meaning I paid a certain amount for my hair to be washed, then was charged for the blow dry, charged for my hair to be curled and charged for it to be pinned. When I went to pay I was floored when Charlene told me $147. I couldn’t believe it. I refused to pay that amount. I will never ever use any of their services ever again. And after just 3hrs my hair fell.
