We recently moved so I needed a new hair cuttery for my teenage girl and 9yo son. I booked for any stylist. We got Parneet as our stylist and she was WONDERFUL!!! At only 22 years old, she is beyond her years. We will be a repeat customer of hers. I would also like to speak about Ms Alice. Her eyes let you know she was a kind soul. She heard my questions and didn’t hesitate to help give her fellow stylist an assist on the sale for the hair product my daughter needed. She sweetly put it in my hands and said here you go this is what you need baby and went back to her station. Parneet and Alice are the reasons this is now going to be our permanent hair place. I don’t know what’s going on with Hair Cuttery in Maryland. Tried both the Fort Meade branches and This Columbia one, horrible services from both and as a compensation, 2 measly free hair cut vouchers from the head office. One branch leaves a client in the middle to help their relatives (Please see my fort meade review) and the other tells you to come in half an before closing and then changes their mind as they plan on closing out early (This columbia branch). Horrible franchise, try QUICK CUTS or independent salons for good service and acceptable standards please.
